Mills Music Repair Locations and Technician Contacts
Mills Music has 3 shop locations available to serve customers where you will be able to speak with your technician in person and get an accurate analysis of your repair needs. You may also drop your instrument off at any of our Mills Music Store Locations. We will transport your instrument to the appropriate shop and a technician will call you promptly with a repair quote.
There is a $15.00 repair quote charge and that charge is waived when you choose to have the repair done. Repair quotes are good for 30 days.
We do advise calling ahead for an appointment when you can. However we always welcome walk-in customers. Technicians’ hours sometimes vary. During the start of the school year we are often available extra hours. Occasionally a technician may be out in the field performing on-site repairs or providing repair services for community contests and other musical events. Therefore it is best to call the shop directly to check on technician available hours at your preferred shop location. Check your shop location below for normal hours per repair location.

* Orchestral Strings and Percussion repair facilities are located in our Bothell warehouse.
Unfortunately, due to state regulations and insurance restrictions, customers are not allowed access to the warehouse. Our technicians will be happy to meet you at our Bothell Store for an in person consultation if you so desire. Just call your technician first, to set up an appointment.
