We are very willing to offer advice about repairs via email. Because there are so many different makes and models of each type instrument it is very helpful if you can include the specific brand and model of your instrument in your email.
Calling us is often a better way to get more specific repair advice. Please have your instrument with you, or know the specific make and model, and give our repair shop a call at 425-885-3076.
We can offer some ballpark repair costs advice over the phone, but cannot give an exact price quote without inspecting the instrument in person. We really need to see the instrument to determine what is actually needed for repair, what the real cost will be, and how long the repair process will take.
